Amazing product! Easy to use and helpful data

Love the litter lens! It works perfectly so far. I have 3 cats and 4 litter boxes so trying to figure out which one might have loose stool or any other problem was very difficult . Now I can see which one is doing what and if I need to take a sample to the vet I’m much more confident that I have the correct cats sample and before it was always just a guess. The only problem I’ve had was one the cameras it keeps telling me to renew the subscription which I did very fast with the other cameras but the last one just keeps saying there is no network connection on my phone and to check the settings which I do but everything is the same and correct and my phone does have connection so I cant upgrade or start my subscription. I did email but got no response from the company. That’s why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars, customer service isn’t quite there yet.

This thing is such a game changer for anxious pet owners like me. I travel a lot for school events and family trips, and being able to remotely check in on my cat’s litter box activity is amazing. The alerts are fast, the videos are clear, and the AI has been surprisingly smart about identifying which cat is which when my friend’s cat comes to stay with me for a weekend. I also love the waterproof design since my cat likes to kick litter everywhere. Totally worth the investment.
