Shipping policy


ORDER PROCESSING

1. After the order is paid, allow 1 business day for US orders to be processed and 3 business days for other shipping countries/regions.

2. Tracking information will be provided via email after placing an order. You can check whether the product has been sent out and if there are any shipping updates.

3. If the shipment status is not updated for over 72 hours after shipping, you can contact us directly and we will assist you with the problem.

4. Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

1. We offer international shipping to the following countries/regions. Estimated delivery times vary by region and are in business days. The choice of carrier is solely at our discretion.


North America:
United States, Canada (3-7 business days)


Europe:
European Union countries, United Kingdom (5-10 business days)


Asia:
Singapore(5-8 business days)


Oceania:
Australia, New Zealand (5-10 business days)

2. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

3. Since the delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control, Siipet cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
