The warranty period for Siipet products is one year, calculated from the date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
For Siipet products purchased from official channels or authorized retailers, if a performance failure occurs during the warranty period under normal use, you can contact our customer support team to obtain warranty services.
Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover the following situations:Normal wear and tear, including parts that may wear out over time (such as batteries, camera rotors, desiccant bags, etc.).Products purchased from unauthorized distributors and retailers.Products without proof of purchase (order number or order screenshot).Used products sold by any seller.Products whose model number, PN code, or production date code has been altered, removed, or made illegible.
Lost or stolen products.
Products that have exceeded their warranty period.Non-quality-related issues that occur more than 30 days after purchase. Our customer support team will inspect and confirm whether your product has a quality issue.
Free products (such as giveaways).
Damages or defects caused by maintenance or repair services performed by unauthorized service providers or anyone other than Siipet.Damages or defects caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or improper maintenance, including but not limited to animal bites, natural disasters, transportation damage, or putting the product in a dishwasher without following the instructions in the user manual.Damages or defects that exceed the value of the product.Damages caused by connecting to peripheral devices, additional equipment, or accessories not recommended in the user manual.

During the warranty period and subject to this warranty policy, we will provide one of the following solutions to address your issues:Provide a full or partial refund based on the actual situation.Repair any defects in materials or workmanship.Replace the product with another of equal value.
Warranty Claim Process
Ensure that your product is within the warranty period.Prepare the proof of purchase (order receipt or order screenshot).Keep the product intact and do not dispose of it before confirming the solution with our customer support team.Contact our customer support team by email at cs@siipet.com. For quality-related warranty claims, please attach the product model number and PN code to facilitate a quick response. The model number can be found on the product or its packaging, and the PN code can be found in the battery compartment (for some camera models) or on the product packaging.After our customer support team receives your application, please follow the team's instructions to submit a warranty claim or return the product.
Special Notes
Siipet reserves the right to determine whether a product is defective.If a delivery attempt fails due to reasons such as refusal by the recipient, an invalid address, or lack of signature, resulting in re - shipment or order cancellation, you will be responsible for any additional handling and shipping fees that may arise.For products purchased directly from authorized retailers other than the Siipet official website (such as Amazon and Chewy), our customer support team will only provide maintenance services. For return and refund services, please contact the relevant platforms.
